Michelle Wong brings over 15 years of leadership in health tech, with expertise in transforming and scaling dental and aesthetics businesses. As a leader at an innovative dental SaaS platform, she optimized patient experiences, drove product strategy, and scaled multi-department operations. At a pioneering aesthetics software platform, Michelle spearheaded go-to-market strategies and led cross-functional teams, driving growth to over $30M in revenue.

As Chief Financial Officer at Exfluential, Matthew leads financial strategy, budgeting, and capital planning to support the company’s growth and operational excellence. Before his current role, Matthew was part of the Corporate Development team at Apex Service Partners, where he led the closing of dozens of residential home services acquisitions totaling more than $500 million in transaction value.

With over 20 years in software engineering, Kris Chase specializes in building and scaling high-performing teams, architecting secure and scalable systems, and driving innovation across industries. From SaaS and custom applications to enterprise platforms and IoT solutions, he has helped companies transform their technology to fuel growth.
